We also believe work should be enjoyable. From our annual themed seminars—like Midnight In Paris and Winter Wonderland—to celebrations such as Maintenance Appreciation Week, Lake Day and more, we make it a priority to recognize and celebrate our teams. Giving back is equally important to us, and we take pride in supporting our communities through local charity events and fundraising efforts.
In 2019, we proudly celebrated our 50th anniversary alongside our incredible team and valued industry partners—a milestone that reflects the strength of the relationships we’ve built along the way.
Although we own and manage 80% of our portfolio, our success truly comes down to our people. With nearly 190 team members, we are a connected, collaborative community that supports one another, sparks innovation, and creates a positive, dynamic workplace.
