We are dedicated to upholding our RSI Mission Statement, which is TO PROVIDE ETHICAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES THAT: FOSTER FRIENDLY, FUN AND PROUD COMMUNITIES; ENHANCE ASSET VALUES, AND; ENCOURAGE LEARNING, MENTORSHIP AND TEAMWORK. This mission is reflected not only in our work but also in our company culture, grounded in integrity, collaboration, continuous learning, and, of course, having fun!
At RSI, we believe in fostering the professional and personal growth of our team members. We offer numerous opportunities for development through RSI-U (Ray Stone Inc. University) online courses, leadership seminars, mentoring programs, and more.
We also recognize the importance of infusing fun into the workday. Our annual themed seminars, like Havana Nights and Winter Wonderland, provide a chance for everyone to come together to celebrate each other and community successes. Maintenance and Housekeeping teams are celebrated each year during Maintenance Appreciation Week, and we’re committed to giving back through local charity events and fundraising initiatives.
In 2019, we marked a major milestone with our 50th anniversary, celebrating alongside our team and industry partners.
Though we own and manage about 80% of our portfolio, none of this would be possible without the unwavering support of our dedicated team—now nearly 190 strong. Our team members collaborate across communities and departments, supporting each other, fostering innovation, and creating a positive and dynamic work environment.
