We strive to implement our RSI Mission Statement (TO PROVIDE ETHICAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES THAT: FOSTER FRIENDLY, FUN AND PROUD COMMUNITIES; ENHANCE ASSET VALUES, AND; ENCOURAGE LEARNING, MENTORSHIP AND TEAMWORK) among our team members, communities, residents, tenants, and industry partners. This is also expressed through our company culture, which is based on integrity, teamwork, learning, collaboration, and of course, some fun!
We encourage and support our team members to learn and grow throughout their time with the company on both a professional and personal level. Several opportunities to do so are available through RSI-U (Ray Stone Inc. University) online courses, RSI Leadership seminars, special mentoring events, and more.
We also know the importance of adding some fun into the workday and hold yearly themed seminars (Neon Nights and a Luau Beach Party, to name a couple). Our amazing Maintenance and Housekeeping teams are honored and celebrated annually during Maintenance Appreciation Week, and we understand the importance of lending a hand and giving back to the community through local fundraising and charity events.
In 2019, we held a special celebration honoring our company's 50th anniversary and were honored to be joined by our fellow team members and industry partners on this special anniversary.
While we own and/or manage approximately 80% of our portfolio, we couldn't do it without the support from our team members (approximately 153 and growing!). They cross train across the communities and departments to offer support to one another which creates a positive environment of collaboration and teamwork and some very creative ideas!
All of these moments of growth, inspiration, and collaboration mixed in with some fun help to create a wonderful company culture here at RSI. We are forever grateful for our team members who are a part of it!
