Ray Stone Incorporated's Investment Division provides group investing, investment brokerage, and consulting services.
Our services include:
- Section 1031 and 1033 exchange consulting
- Limited Partner, limited liability company, and tenancy in common formations and acquisitions of independent senior living, multifamily and retail properties.
- Joint Venture Operating Partner with landowners and/or Developers for Senior Living and Retail development opportunities.
- Acquisition of managing interests in limited liability companies and limited partnerships holding commercial real estate.
- Disposition Services include: marketing, brokerage and sale of owned and non-owned assets.
- New construction services including: land acquisition; construction/take out financing; hiring of architect and general contractor; construction supervision; marketing; and property management.
