Ray Stone Incorporated, Accredited Management Organization (AMO®), is a full-service real estate investment management company, which has been in business in Northern California since 1969. Fostering solid increases in congregate care (seniors), multifamily and commercial property values, Ray Stone Incorporated has developed an enviable reputation with owners, investors, local government and the community.

Management Philosophy:
We listen carefully, establish and communicate achievable goals, and ensure thorough risk management procedures are implemented and followed. Most of our business comes from word-of-mouth referrals within the industry. Responsiveness to client, project and resident/tenant needs lies at the core of Ray Stone Incorporated's management philosophy.

Our management portfolio spans a wide range of congregate care, multi-family and commercial properties in Northern California, New Mexico and Texas with a total value exceeding $345 million, including 704 congregate care/ senior apartments, regular 2200 apartments and 700,000 square feet of commercial space.

Staff Development:
Ray Stone Incorporated is committed to the continuing education of our employees. On-site personnel receive training in nine aspects of property management and maintenance through the RSI Academy. Employees regularly attend other certification programs, seminars and continuing education courses. Many RSI employees are active in local community organizations and serve on the boards of regional or local chapters of professional organizations including the CCIM Institute, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Rental Housing Association (RHA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), and Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW).

Professional Certifications:
RSI is proud to be one of only 606 firms nationwide to receive the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation from IREM. Only firms that demonstrate consistently high levels of property performance, integrity, and staff professionalism are eligible for this designation. The local IREM chapter awarded its first and only AMO of the Year award to RSI in 1998, 2000, and 2001, the only local firm to have received this award from the Sacramento IREM® Chapter. Our staff includes Certified Property Managers (CPM's), Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM's), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Accredited Residential Managers (ARM's).
